How You Can Help
All donors receive a tax-deductible receipt for IRS tax purposes from American Disability Foundation Inc, an IRS approved 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization. Federal EIN # 27-3284697, GA Secretary of State Charitable License # CH009797 & Combined Federal Campaign 5 Digit Code 46183

Real Estate Donations

Typically, our donors have been motivated to give for reasons including substantial tax deductions, freedom from unwanted property holdings, quick turnaround on real estate assets, efficient liquidation of corporate real estate as donating real estate provides a unique opportunity to give back to the community. If one takes into consideration ongoing property taxes, maintenance costs, income taxes—or if the property is sold, the cost of legal fees, brokerage fees, estate taxes, inheritance taxes and capital gains taxes—it is often financially preferable to donate properties while doing good in the community. Heirs are often saved the trouble of trying to divvy up the gains if the will is potentially contentious or inequitable. The donated estate could bear the donor's name, making the property a de facto memorial.

Vehicle Donation Program

Our foundation's Vehicle Donation Program allow our donors to donate cars, trucks, boats, RV's, and motorcycles, from any location in the United States to benefit our cause, to include serving those that have a disability and those among this population that is homeless or at-risk of homelessness. Our donors avoid all the hassles associated with selling a vehicle, no waiting at home for the phone to ring or for people to come to look at the vehicle, no advertising costs, with zero cost to the donor and in most cases the vehicle does not have to be in running order to donate. The donation process is quick, simple and completely hassle free and some causes your vehicle donations supports include: disorder and disease prevention such as muscular dystrophy, mental illnesses, leukemia, heart conditions, cancer and many other diseases.

Support staff for vehicle donations is available 7 days per week, Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. EST to 9 p.m. EST and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. EST to 7.30p.m. EST. The donor simply calls to schedule pick-up of all donated vehicles and most cases the pickup is complete within 2—3 days. The donor receive a towing/pickup receipt from the tow facility that picks up the donation, with the donor's name, a description of their donation, the date of pickup and the receipt will state the pickup on behalf of American Disability Foundation Inc.
